Wendy Newell brings over two decades of diverse legal experience to her practice. A graduate of the University of Kansas, where she competed as a varsity rower, Wendy earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2002.
She began her legal career in criminal courtrooms, trying jury cases and building a strong foundation in litigation. Over the years, Wendy has practiced in four states, with experience spanning criminal law, family law, and workers’ compensation defense. Today, she focuses her practice on insurance defense, bringing strategic insight and a results-driven approach to every case.
